Tyler Skyy's "Intergalactic" is a 7-track project that takes us deep into his mind and paints a vivid image of Tyler's past, present, and what we can expect his future to bring. The project features raps from Halifax's Quake Matthews, and Vancouver-based JayKin. It also features some backup vocals from singer/songwriter Brittni Noble.
With mostly laid back, unique production throughout, Tyler flexes his doubletime rapping abilities, and experiments with a bit of light singing. The first pre-released single, titled "Today", is accompanied by a heart-warming music video and played as the finale to a two year long series where Tyler released a song every Sunday for 104 consecutive weeks. The second single, "These Dreams" featuring Quake Matthews, is home to some fantastic doubletime rapping while holding a reminiscent, storytelling feel. Intergalactic finishes off with a very touching, deep track where Tyler creates part two of one of his most popular older songs, "The Kids".
Tyler plans on using this project to take his career to the next level and really push his story to the world. Look out for performances, merchandise, and other exciting releases in the near future!
